- Ask students to look at Pictures a and b and
identify the characters and the time shown on
the clocks in the pictures by asking some
questions.
 Who are they?
 Tell the time shown on the clocks
 Guess what they are talking about.
- Ask students to look at Picture a. Play the
recording for them to listen.
- Play the recording again, sentence by
sentence, for students to listen and repeat
individually and in chorus. Correct their
pronunciation where necessary.

and write them on the board. Get students to say
the completed sentences.
