1. Warm up :
- T has Ss play game “Network” to review of some prepositions of place
- Ss listen to the teacher
- T divides class into three groups and guides Ss how to play game

2. Pre – writing :
- T lets Ss look at the picture and introduces the lesson
- Ss look at the picture and listen
- T has Ss answer the question : “what objects do they see ?”
- Ss answer aloud in front of the class
- T asks Ss to read the passage and underline the prepositions of place

- T has Ss compare with a partner

2.Write a description of the kitchen :
This is Hoa’s kichen.
There is a refrigerator in the right corner of the room.
Next to the refrigerator is the stove and oven.
On the other side of the oven, there is a sink and next to the sink is a towel rack.
The dish rack is / stands on the counter, to/ on the right(side) of the window and beneath the shelves.
On the shelves and on the counter beneath the window, there are jars of sugar, flour and tea.
In the niddle of the kitchen, there is a table and four chairs.
The lighting fixture is a bove the table, and derectly beneath the lighting fixtureis a vase of /with flowers.


4. Post – writing :
- T let Ss read their paragraphs
- Ss read aloud in front of the class
- T corrects if necesarry
- T has good ss speak and weak ss write about the classroom
