A. Tenses:
1, The present simple:

a) Use: Express the habit things, often go along with adverbs of frequency; or the truth.

b) Form:

(+) S + V(s, es) .......
Ex1: Minh always does his homework after school.
They often read book in their free time.

(-) S + don’t / doesn’t + V .....
Ex2: Minh doesn’t always do his homework after school.
They don’t often read book in their free time.

(?) Do / Does + S + V …………?
Ex3: Does Minh always do his homework after school?
Do they often read book in their free time?

c) Adverbs of the time : every day , on Monday, after school , in free time ,in the morning……

2, The present progressive:

a) Use: Sth is happening; often goes along with “now; at the moment; at present”.

b) Form:

(+) S + is / are / am + Ving....
Ex1: She is watching TV now.
We are listening to music at present.

(-) S + is / are / am + not + Ving……..
Ex2: She isn’t watching TV now.
We aren’t listening to music at present.

3, The future simple:

a) Use : Express the future thing, often go along with next, tomorrow...

b) Form:

(+) S + will + V...............
Ex1: Ba’s family will go to Vung Tau beach next Sunday.

Ex2: Ba’s family will go to Vung Tau beach next Sunday.

4, The past simple:
