Thì Quá khứ đơn dùng để diễn tả hành động đã hoàn tất ở một thời điểm hoặc một khoảng thời gian xác định trong quá khứ. Thì này thường đi với các trạng từ chỉ thời gian như: yesterday, last.....
ex1: I visited my friend yesterday.
ex2: We didn’t go to school.
