S+ has/have + not + P2 + for + thời gian.
→ It's + thời gian…. + since……. + last + Quá khứ đơn.
Ví dụ: I haven't visited my grandma's home for two weeks.
→ It is two weeks since I last visited my grandma's home.
(Đã hai tuần kể từ lần cuối tôi đến nhà bà chơi)

S + has/have + not + P2 + before.
→ It is the first time + S + has/have + P2.
Ví dụ: I haven't been to London before.
→ It is the first time I have been to London.
(Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi tới Luân – Đôn)

S + has/have + not + P2 + since/for +…
→ S + last + V2/ ed…+… ago/ mệnh đề quá khứ đơn.
→ The last time + S + V2/ ed + was + thời gian + (ago).
Ví dụ:
Charles hasn't washed his car for 3 months.
→ Charles last washed his car 3 months ago.
(Charles rửa xe lần cuối cách đây 3 tháng)
→ The last time Charles washed his car was 3 months ago.
(Lần cuối Charles rửa xe là cách đây 3 tháng)

S + has/have + P2 + for + thời gian.
→ S + BEGAN/STARTED + V-ing + thời gian + ago.
Ví dụ: We have been worked for this company for 10 years.
→ We began working for this company 10 years ago.
(Chúng tôi đã bắt đầu làm việc cho công ty này từ 10 năm
trước)
