- Vocabulary: Revision some verbs of activities: reading, cooking, swimming, skipping, eating…...

- I like cooking.

I. Warm up
* Have Ss play the game:
Physical line – up.
- Have Ss work in groups.
- Each group has a set of pieces of paper.
- Ask Ss to use these words to make the meaning sentences.
- Ask Ss to write the sentences on the board.
- Check and decide the winner.
II. Practice
3. Talk
- Have ss look at the picture and identify what they are doing.
- Give the meaning of new words.



- Have ss read all words.
- Call ss to read.
- Have ss work in pair talking about what someone likes doing.

4. Listen and tick
- Have Ss look at the pictures in N 4 to identify what activities they are .





- Ask Ss to listen and tick.
- Have ss listen again and check.
- Call on some students to report the answers to the class.
- Check and correct.

I. Objectives: After the lesson, students are able to:
- Pronounce correctly the sound of the letters “ c ”.
- Listen and read for specific information.
II. Language focus:
- Vocabulary: Revision some verbs of activities: reading, cooking, swimming, skipping, eating…...
- Sentence patterns : - Do you like dancing?
- Yes, I do/ No, I don’t.
- Phonics: the letters “ c ”.
III. Resources:
- Recording, tape and pictures, student’s book , Workbook

- Say greetings.
- Have Ss play the game:
Slap the board.






- Guide ss to talk about what they can not do
II. Practice.
1: Listen and repeat.
- Have Ss look at the picture in part 1.
- Let Ss pay attention to the letters coloured differently.
- Have Ss learn to produce the sound of the letters “ c” .
- Play the tape and ask Ss to listen. Explain the meaning of the words exciting, so, boring.
- Play the tape again and ask Ss to repeat each line of the text in chorus.
- Have Ss read in groups/ in pairs.
2: Listen and match.
- Have Ss look at the picture in part 2 and identify the characters and what they are doing then set up the task.
- Have Ss listen and do the task.
