1.Lead-in
-Asks sts to work in groups to make a list of famous places in Vietnam. The group with the longest list will be the winner.
-Asks sts to work in pairs: “Before you read” Match the photos with these information in the book.,then tell each other which of places you would like to visit and give the reasons.
-Leads to the new lesson.
2.Before-reading
-Teaches some new words:
-permission (n) –example.
-persuade ( v) –explanation
-campfire ( n)-using picture.
Review the present progressive with a future meaning.
-Review “be going to + infinitive”
3.While-reading:
TASK 1
-Asks sts to read the letter individually and choose the best answer A,B,C or D to complete each of sentences.
-Tells sts to compare their answers with a friend.
-Calls on sts to read and explain their answers in front of the class.
-Feedback and gives correct answers.
TASK 2
-Asks sts to work in pairs and answer the questions.
-Calls on some pairs to act out the activities in front of the class.
