LESSON 3: PART 4- 5- 6
I. Objectives
By the end of this lesson, students will be able to ask and answer the questions about someone’s jobs, the places to work
- Skills: Develop listening, reading and speaking, writing skill.
II - Language contents:
- Vocabulary: work, a hospital, a factory, a field, an office
- Sentence patterns: - Where does a ...... work?- A.... works ........
III - Teaching aids:
Teacher’s aids: audio, stickers, puppets, flashcards.
Students’ aids: book, notebook, workbook.
IV - Teaching procedure:
1. Check attendance: Checking absence: - Who is absent to day
2. Review the lesson: - ask and answer the questions about the places to work

Play game: slap the board.
- Check.
II. New lesson.
- T ask ss some qs, ss answer
Ok, Today we will read a passage about Phong and then complete the table
-Have Ss look at their books and explain the task of the exercise
- T read the text, ss listen
- T ask ss to read the passage again and do the exercise in groups
-T hang out their work on the board and ask ss to comment
-Have the whole class read each sentence in chorus to reinforce their pronunciation
- Asking Ss to look and read the sentences. Then find suitable words to fill in the blank.
- Guide ss to complete the exercise.
- Call on some Ss read aloud the sentences they have written.
- Check and correct.
- tell ps that they are going to am interview with one of their classmates about where he/ she did last weekend and report to the class.
Give each of them a piece of paper. Have ps work in pairs
- Call on one group to act out the game in front of the class
Play game in 3 groups.
