Writing: a telephone message
Attitude:
By the end of the lesson,
Sts will know how to write a telephone message.
Sts will how to answer the phone politely.
PREPARATION:
Teacher:
Prepare lesson carefully: (teaching aids, make lesson plan by power point, book, laptop, sound…)
Students:
- Learn previous lesson by heart.
- Prepare new lesson at home: (write new words; read messages; translate the messages into Vietnamese)

- T writes the words whose letters are in a random order on the board.
Jumbled words:
mcuestor = customer
ayddmi = midday
essgmea = message
nifurretu = furniture
srveice = service
- T divides the class into 2 groups. Sts from each group go to the board and write the correct words.
- The team that writes more words that are correct first wins the game.

- T uses techniques to introduce the new words.

Checking: Rubs out the meaning in Vietnamese and asks students to fill in again in 2 minutes.
- Sts go to the board and fill the meaning in.

-Talk to Sts about taking the telephone message.

- When you take a message, what should be mentioned in the message?
