At the end of this lesson Ss will be able to:
+ greet in English by saying “hello” and “hi”.
+ introduce the name in English
* Contents: - Vocabulary: Hello, hi, I, my, name, to be (am, is)
- Grammar: Greeting.

Activity 1(19’)
* Presentation(8’)
- Asks Ss to look at the picture and describe it
- Listen to stereo and find out the new words
- Guides Ss to read the new words
- T asks Ss to read in chorus

* Practice (5’)
- T presents how to use the words “hello” “hi”
- Ask Ss to work in pairs to greeting others by say “hello” “hi”
- Corrects

- T retell the words to greet:
