-explain the requirement
-ask ss to put sentences in the correct order
-get ss to work in pairs in 2 minutes
-call 2ss to give their answers
-check together with the class
-give correct answers

-help ss to underline the replaced words in dialogue in Ex 1
-ask each group to practice one festival using the given suggestions and information in Ex 1 to talk about preparations for festivals
-call some pairs in each group to speak in front of the class.
