Teaching aims: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to get some knowledge about festival by reading for details about the Christmas, passive form in the past.

Ask Ss to list some English songs about Christmas.
2. Pre – Reading: (5’)

3. While – Reading: (20’)
- Ask Ss to read the paragraph again and complete the grid.
- Call some Ss to fill the gaps in the grid on the board.
