I. Aims:
- To help ss talk about vacation activities using “was / were / wasn’t / weren’t” and some past irregular verbs.
- To develop ss’ skills.
II. Objectives: By the end of the lesson, ss will be able to use some irregular verbs to talk about past vacation activities.
III. Ways of working: T - WC, pair work, individual work.
IV. Materials: Text book, picture, tape.
V. Anticipated problems: The lesson may take time and ss may find irregular verbs difficult.
VI. Teaching steps:
1. Organization: (1 minute) Greet and check the ss’ attendance.
2. Revision:( 2 minutes)- T. asks some questions to lead in new lesson

- Do you like traveling?
- Do you know which place is it? ( point to the picture in textbook-P86)
- What can you do when you visit Nha Trang?
