Warm up:
T. asks ss to play “Net work”.
Ss work in group to play (2 groups)
Ss write the name of sports which they have known ( one student-one word ).
T corrects and finds the winner.
Pre-Teaching:
T asks Ss to look at the picture A4 page 132 and asks some questions to lead in new lesson
T introduces the new lesson and the new words.
T reads the new words and Ss repeat after T (one by one word).
Ss read the new words chorally.
T plays the tape (2 times)
T. asks ss to read the text silently
SS read and find out the benefits of walking
Some Ss answer the question loudly.

While Reading
