identify the characters in the pictures by asking
some questions.

chorus and individually. Correct their
pronunciation where necessary.

- Let the other group have 30 seconds to look at
the objects and remember their colours.
- Ask students in the front to hide the objects
and secretly pick one for each.
- Ask students in the other group to guess the
secret object by asking “What colour is it?”.
- In 10 seconds, if the other group can guess the
object correctly, they get points.
- Praise the winner. Give feedback.

colours and take turns to bring to the front and

- Have students work in four groups.
- Ask students from each group to take turns to
put a pen in the middle of the spinner plate,
then spin the pen to find out the picture the pen
points to. Then ask them to ask and answer the
question with the picture.
e.g. Student A: What colour are they?
Student B: They're black.
- Ask students to continue the game until all
students in each group can play the game.
- Praise students if they play the game well.

STUDENTS' ACTIVITIES

- Listen to the teacher's instructions.

- Work in four groups.
