Lesson: Speaking
Objectives:
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
pronounce, remember new words and apply to make a complete sentence
make a small dialogue by themselves about the causes of overpopulation in our country and in the world and offer some solutions.

- Giving instruction “I will give you 5 words that wrong about the spellings. You will order those letters to make the correct words. Which group fastest and has more correct answers is the winner. You have 2 minutes to do.”
- Checking student’s understanding:
+ A, what is your number? Where is your seat?
+ What will you do? How many minutes do you have?”
- “Let’s start”

B:That’s right!For poor countries, if their population is overcrowding, they will not have enough the food.
C:The government should organize population educational programmes to raise an awareness of people.
- Asking students answer some question:
What are they? (They are family)
Can you guess how many children in their family? (about 8)
- Introducing 3 characters and asking students give their names: “boy or girl”, “give her/his name”
- “In the evening, A, B and Care watching the news on TV about the population explosion ”
- Teacher models twice, asks student repeat (choral, group, individual)

Make a short dialogue
A:The world population is increasing because people aren`t aware of the problem of overpopulation.
B: That’s right!For poor countries, if their population is overcrowding, they will not have enough the food.
C:The government should organize population educational programmes to raise an awareness of people.
“Class! Look at task 1, page 83, you will work in pairs, translate those statements and put them in the order of importance. You have 5 minutes.”
- “What will you do now?”
- “Let’s start!”
- “Time’s up”.
- Calling some students give their opinion.
- Giving feedback
- Grouping: “one table one pair”
- Giving instruction: “You will work in pair, based on Useful language in task 2 and 3, page 83, discuss the problems facing poor and overpopulated countries, and the solution to the problems of overpopulation.”
* Note: the member of two rows of desks will discuss one issue
Row A and C will discuss the problems facing poor and overpopulated countries
Row B and D will discuss the solution to the problems of overpopulation
