3. Talk- Review the sentence pattern by using the poster.
- Ask Ps to look at the pictures at the top of page 61 and think of the food and drinks and things .
- T explains the requirement of the task.

- Ask Ps to practice with the pictures given first then about their real situation.
- Call on some pairs to perform in front of the class.

I.Overview
1.Objectives: By the end of the lesson SS will be able to :
- Pronounce correctly the sound of the letter “wh” as in “what” and that of the letters “w” as in “we” , and listen for specific information.
2. Language focus:
- Phonics: “what” ,“we”
-Vocabulary: park, weekend
- Sentence patterns:What are we going to do? We are going to have a picnic.
3. Resources: student book, workbook, sub- board, pictures, CD

- Use the suboard to present the sounds
- T explains the requirement of the task.and some words
- Ask Ps to look at the words “what and we”on the board and produce the sounds“wh,w”.
