I.Objectives:
By the end of the lesson Ss will able to:
1. Knowledge: (3 basic levels: recognition, comprehension, application)
Pronounce correctly two- syllable words and three -syllable adjectives and verbs
Understand and use the language.
2. Skills: skills Ss have learnt and practiced in unit 6-7-8
3. Attitude and competencies:
have a positive attitude towards what they have learnt
improve such competencies suchas: collaboration, teamwork, group-work, presentation, assessment.
II. Preparations:
Teacher: Handouts, textbook, pieces of papers and powerpoint.
Students: Textbook.

Ss may need help with the discussion task, so T should be ready to help them.

- After Ss choose the correct words, teacher asks students to translate sentences into Vietnamese.

Activity 4:(5 minutes) – Group Work Rewrite the following sentences using the passive voice
- T asks students to read the instructions.
- T calls any student to repeat or write on the board the form of passive voice.
- T asks students to work in groups. (5 groups)
- Encourage Ss to share their ideas with othergroups.
