New lesson
1. Introduce the English book in grade 7 I learn smart world:
- English 7 textbooks are designed with rich picture and language channels,
providing knowledge, language skills, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation... to
help students confidently communicate in English. Each lesson/unit has a specific
goal with diverse learning activities designed in accordance with the psychological
characteristics of the age group of middle school students, helping to create
motivation and excitement for students to participate in learning.

2. The way how to study English 7
At school:
- Practice listening to lectures, seriously following the requirements of teachers.
- Eager to express ideas to build articles.
- Practice speaking English with teachers, with friends, taking advantage of every
opportunity possible to practice speaking English. Speak with correct accent and
intonation.
- Mastering learned grammar problems, sentence structures, complete and accurate
recording.
At home:
- Review the lesson as soon as there is a lesson in class.
- Based on the structures and materials learned to practice speaking English with
you.
- Complete the exercises in the workbook. Read more reference books if possible.

Pre-Task a. Number the pictures. Listen and repeat.
- Demonstrate the activity, using the example (using DCR).

- Divide class into pairs and have them check their answers with their partners.

- Check answers as a whole class.

- Have Students work in groups to talk about what cool things they can make.
-If there is enough time, ask Students to choose a cool thing to draw it (each group
draws a picture).
-Have students hang the pictures on the board, ask the whole class to vote for the
best picture.
-Make comments and announce the best picture.
Activity 4: Substitution
Students can have a free-talk about a cool thing they can make (What is it? How do
you make it? What is it used for? Who helped you to make it…)
