Part A: READING
I. Objectives: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:
Knowledge
Find out the benefits of habit.
Improve their reading skills (skimming, scanning, deducing, time reading…)
Vocabulary: accompany, modest, fish tank, avid, discarded, indulge,…
Skill
Reading for specific information about hobbies.
Attitude and competencies
Improve such competencies as: pairwork,groupwork,communication,presentation.
Ss will be aware of the importance of hobbies and getting to collect something
II. Teaching Aids: cassette player, textbook, board . . .
III. Anticipated problems and solutions:
Ss may not know much vocabularies about hobbies, so teacher should be ready to help them
