Learning English helps us be known more one language, know about culture, customs…of English people. It also helps us communicate with foreigners….
Having 20 units (3 sections in 1 unit). We will learn 4 periods in a week and after 1,5 weeks we will end 1 unit. We will have 4 tests for 35 minutes and 2 test for 15 minutes.
Having 6 characters and 9 icons were regular used in the process of learning

Lesson 1: (1-2-3)
I. Objectives: After the lesson, Ss will be able to:
Use the words and phrases related to the topic Introduction.
Greet other and introduce themselves, using Hello/Hi. I’m + ( name).
II. Language contents:
* Vocabularies: hello, hi, I`m….
* Structure: Hello, I`m Mai.

I. Warm up:
-Say hello to the class and introduce yourself. Ask ss to say hello or hi, Mr/ Mrs......
-Walk around the class and do that a few times.
II. New lesson:
1. Look, listen and repeat.
-Ask ss look at the picture and listen to the dialogue in their books.
-Tell them that they are going to practise introducing themselves and responding to the introduction( vietnamese).
-Point to the P1 and Ask ps look at the text in speech bubbles.
-Play the recording for ps listen
-Ask them repeat a few times.
-Repeat the procedure with the second picture.
-Play the recording through.
-Practice with ps.
-Devide the class into 2 groups. Askps practice in pairs.
-Go round and check ps can repeat and understand the dialogue.
2. Point and say.
-Ask ps look at the pictures:
Miss Hien: Hello, I’m________.
Nam: Hello, ________.
I’m __________.
-Tell ps that they are going to practise saying Hello/ Hi. I’m + name. And responding to the greeting.
-Point to each character in the picture and elicit his/her name and the words to fill the gaps.
-Write the whole sentences on the board.
-Have ps repeat the sentences a few times.
-Repeat the procedure with the second picture.
-Ask ps work in pairs.
-Call some pairs practice in front of the class.
-Check ss’ mistake when necessary.
3.Let’s talk.
-Tell ps that they are going to practise more with their friends.
-Point to each character eliciting the name.
-Ask ps to guess what the children say.
-Fill the graps and write the sentences on the board.
- Get ps to repeat the sentences a few times.
- Get ps work in pair of three to interact.
- Call a few pairs practise in front of the class.

III. Consolidation:
- Call ss go to the board and practice the way to introduce yourself.
IV. Homelink:
- Ask Ss to practice greeting self introducing at home.
