Introduction


A-The aims and objectives: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to know about the importance of English, classroom rules, commands.

- In groups of 4, Ss discuss the importance of English.

Teachers asks and Ss look at the book, answer the questions. ( in Vietnamses)

Stand up, sit down, open the book, close the book, come in, go out, come here, come back to (turn) your seat, look, listen, repeat, read, write, sing. Write about name of people in this book.

1.Warm up:
Teacher: - Greet class.
Introduce name : using “Hello.I’m + name”
Introduce new subject.
Ss: - Greet teacher.
2.New lesson:
*PRESENTATION.
Activity 1 : Look,listen and repeat.
Teacher:- Have Ss turn their book page 6.
Ask Ss the names of the characters and what they say.
Explain the difference between Hi and Hello.
+ Hi is very formal. Ss can use with friends but not withan adult,e.g. a teacher.
+ Hello is also informal and friendly but more formal than Hi. It can be used with teachers and other adults.
Show the picture and elecit the characters in the picture an what they are saying.
Let Ss listen and repeat the new words, sentences after the teacher.
