I. Objectives:
- By the end of this lesson, Students will be able to ask, answer about someone’s nationality and read an information text on a summer camp.
- Develop listening, speaking and reading skills.

I. Warm up
1. Class organization:
- Greeting
- Checking for the students` attendance.
2. Oral test:
- Ask stds to repeat the structures

- Have Ss play a game “Guessing” with the characters: Akio, Sam, Linda, Nam, Tony, Azmi, Zack
II. New leson:
1. Look, listen and repeat.
- Teach vocabulary:
+ stage: sân khấu (flashcard)

- Ask Ss to identify the characters on picture a page 10
Ask: Who’s the boy?
Who’s the girl?
- Point to picture b and ask: Who are they?
- Set the context: The children are at the cultural show. They are showing the cultural displays. Who are they and where are they from? Now, listen to 2 dialogues to know who they are and where they are from.
- Play the CD for the first time.
- Play the CD again, pausing after each line for Ss to repeat.
- Repeat Lawan’s part and ask Ss to repeat Zack’s part. Then exchange the parts.
- Divide class into 2 groups to take turn to say the questions and the answers in each picture.

+ Have Ss look at pictures on page 10. Ask Ss to identify the characters and their nationalities.
- Set the context: These children are at the summer camp. They are from different countries. Now, you are going to practice asking and answering questions about their nationalities.
+ Point to each picture and say aloud the word for Ss to repeat.
+ Model the task with the whole class.
Point to Akio and say: + What’s her nationality?. Have the class repeat the sentences.
- Point to other pictures and repeat step.
+ Have Ss practice talking, using the pictures in their books.
- Planning report :
+ Invite some Ss to perform the task at the front of class. The rest of class observe and give comments
