Checking: What and where
Setting the sense: ask Ps to identify the characters in the picture
- Playing the CD. Playing the recording 3 times
- Correct the pronunciation errors when necessary.
- Make some questions to check pupil’s comprehension of the language

There is some useful vocabulary that can be used to talk about addresses,

• Model the task with the whole class. Point to the prompt 2nd floor/ Ha Noi Tower and say:
Imagine this is your address.
Then have pupils look at the example and ask:
Where do you live?
Class: I live on the 2nd floor of Ha Noi Tower.
Ask some open pairs to repeat the step,
using Pictures a, b, c and d.
