“Let’s play a game “LUCKY NUMBER”
Give instruction: “I have 6 questions in each number. You have to choose a number and guess the name and kind of film. Only 1 of 6 questions is “Lucky number”. If you choose “Lucky number” or you give the right answer, you will get a small gift.

Writes the title on the board.
Before speaking:
“Can you tell me kinds of film you know?”

Asks ss read aloud and write down into their notebooks.
Task 1:
Calls ss read the requirement.
Shows example on power point.
Asks ss do task 1 quickly in 1 minute.
Asks ss to answer the questions “Do you like...?/How much do you like....?”
Corrects the pronunciation, grammar if necessary.

While – Speaking

Task 2:
Gives instruction“I have two columns. The first column is kinds of film and second column is adjective express your feeling about films”.
Asks ss to read quickly and find out the new words
“Read quickly and tell me are there any new words?”
Explain the new words if have.
+ Moving (a): You cry a lot when you see the main character die, you feel moving.
+ Violent (a): it means “bạo lực” in Vietnamese.
+ Terrifying (a): When you watch horror films, you feel terrifying.
Asks the whole class to read aloud adjective in task 2 in 2 minutes.
Introduces structure: find + sb/sth + adj
Ex:What do you think of horror films?
I find them really terrifying.
Asks ss ask and answer with theirpartners as the example in 2 minutes.
Asks ss: “What do you think of....?”
Corrects the pronunciation, grammar if necessary.
Task 3:
Asks ss to read aloud example in task 3.
Introduce the structure:
“prefer sth to sth”: thích cái gì hơn cái gì
Write the example on the board: “I prefer science fiction films to detective ones”.
Reads aloud 4 suggestions.
Asks ss to do task 3 in 2 minutes.
Checks their attendance.
