Learning English helps us be known more one language, know about culture, customs…of English people. It also helps us communicate with foreigners….
Having 20 units (3 sections in 1 unit). We will learn 4 periods in a week and after 1,5 weeks we will end 1 unit. We will have 4 tests for 35 minutes and 2 test for 15 minutes.
Having 6 characters and 9 icons were regular used in the process of learning

I. Objectives:
1. Knowledge: - By the end of the lesson Ps will be able to greet and responding to greeting formally.

- Develope Ss speaking and listening skills

- Sentence Partners: - Nice to see you again.

1. Teacher’s: student’s and teacher’s book, pictures, cassette.

Warm up
-Say ‘Good morning’ to class and introduce yourself. Go around the class and greet to some Ps and ask them some questions like ‘How are you ?’ .......
Look, listen and repeat
-Have Ss to look at page 6
-Ask Ps to look at the pictures and elicit the characters
-Set the scene : we are going to new phrase
-Have Ps listen to the recording as they read the lines in the speech bubbles twice
- Play the recording again and ask Ps to listen and repeat each line in the speech bubbles
- Ask Ps to practise in groups of three
- Call some groups to read aloud
- Elicit the structure : Nice to see you again .
Point and say
- Have Ps look at the pictures on page 6
- Elicit the characters in the pictures and guess what are they talking about. Ask Ps to guess and complete the speech bubbles
- T models the parts of characters in picture a to Ps
- Ask Ps to act out the dialogue
- Ask Ps to practise the dialogue in pairs
- Monitor the activity and offer help. Correct pronunciation mistakes when necessary
- Call on some pairs to perform the task in front of the class. The others observe and give comments
- Have the whole class repeat all the phrases in chorus to reinforce their pronunciation
