- Use the words and phrases related to the topic Classroom instruction.
- Give and respond to classroom instruction.
- Disabled student: Remember the words related to the topic.

1. Warm up.
- Have Ss sing “The more we are together”song.
2. New lesson.
2.1. Look, listen and repeat.
- Tell Ss that they’re going to practise giving and responding to classroom instructions. Point to the 1st pic and elicit the name of the teacher. Then explain what the character say and the meaning of the new vocabulary.
- Have Ss repeat the text in the bubbles a few times. Repeat the procedure with the 2nd pic.
- Do choral and individual repetition, pointing to the characters speaking.
- Call on some Ss role-play in front of the class. Give feedback.
- Play the CD for Ss to listen and say along.
2.2. Point, say and do the actions.
- Tell Ss that they’re going to practise giving and acting out classroom instructions.
- Teach the new vocabulary. Demonstrate the actions.
- Have Ss act out each instruction a few times.
- Get Ss to work in pairs, taking turns to say and act out the instructions.
- Call on some pairs role-play in front of the class. Check as a class.
2.3. Let’s talk.
- Tell Ss that they’re going to practise more with their friends. Give a few seconds for Ss to look at the pics. Elicit the words to fill the gaps.
- Write the instructions on the board and get Ss to repeat them a few times.
- Get Ss to work in pairs, taking turns to say and act out the instructions.
- Call a few pairs to perform the task in front of the class.
* Note: Tell Ss that using Please makes the instruction more polite.
3. Reinforcement.
-Consolidate the lesson and guide Ss do exercises in WB.
4.Home-link.
- Learn by heart the vocabulary and sentences pattern in the whole lesson.
- Prepare new lesson.
