Lesson 5: Language Focus

I. OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
- pronounce /f/ and /v/ correctly
- expand the vocabulary related to adjectives of attitude
- know how to use structure “It is/was not until … that…”
- distinguish and use a / an and the correctly
II. LANGUAGE CONTENTS:
Vocabulary containing syllables /f/ and /v/
Vocabulary related to adjectives of attitude
Grammar related to the difference among a / an / the and structure “It is/was not until … that…”
III. TEACHING AIDS:
- Projector and screen;
- Blackboard and chalk.

- Divide the class into 2 big groups to play the game “Hot seat”
+ Each team sends a representative to the board
+ Show some words with /f/ and /v/ sound or related to
- Do as required
